To register for a position in one of our classes,

1. Please send us:
- Your name, address and phone number
- A non refundable prepayment of $85.00

Payment can also be made here via credit card

Please send us an email or call us with the following information

- Your request for the use of one of our range guns if needed (free of charge)
- Please specify which class you wish to take
- Please specify which date you wish to attend (See the Calendar page for class dates)

2. Please send us This WAIVER. Print it, fill it out and include it with your payment.

BRING TO CLASS: SLED now requires applicants to fill out SLED’S online form, due to SLED being unable to read the handwriting on many applications.

Please type in your information online at SLED APPLICATION print it out, sign it, and bring it to class for the instructors to sign upon completion of the course requirements.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON HANDGUNS: DO NOT BRING A HANDGUN INTO THE CLASS ROOM. Owning a handgun is NOT a requirement for taking the class. Various revolvers will be available for you at no charge. You must bring a handgun if you have one, belt, side worn holster, and 50 rounds of ammunition for the range, but neither will be allowed in the classroom. If you don’t own a handgun, we will provide a .38 cal. S & W revolver to qualify with. **NOTE: IF YOU NEED TO USE ONE OF OUR GUNS YOU MUST PROVIDE 50 ROUNDS OF .38 SPEC. AMMUNITION FOR RANGE QUALIFICATION. DO NOT BRING A LOADED HANDGUN TO THE RANGE. WE ONLY ALLOW HANDGUNS TO BE LOADED ONCE WE ARE ON THE FIRING LINE AND THE RANGE GOES HOT.
